Cast polyurethane hydrocyclone are not but instruments that are utilized to separate solid particles from liquid. Hydrocyclone are also referred to as cyclone that follows the principle of centrifugal force to do its job. A mixture is added into the hydrocyclone in order to generate a vortex, and, the radial acceleration causes the dispersed phase of the central vortex core to be removed based on the relative density of the two steps. Hydroclone is widely used in mining along with a pump.
